Our head bartender, Tasha, is heading to the kitchen w/ husband Bryan to prepare some amazing Korean food!

Caviar and Shrimp Chips- Citrus Kosho Créme Fraiche

Kimchijeon- kimchi pancake w/ scallion mayo and gochujang

Samgak Kimbap- Triangle kimbap w/ mushroom filling

Bo Ssam-- braised pork shoulder w/ lettuce, rice, and ssamjang sauce

Korean Bakery Honey Toast-- milk bread, whipped cream, strawberry, yuzu
